Sales Tax
NameBrandBeds.com collects sales tax on Michigan purchases only. No sales tax are collected on any orders outside of Michigan!

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled anytime prior to your home delivery (If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, there is no charge. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee.) To cancel an order, call us at 1-800-880-8319.

Order Returns
Bedroom furniture and bedding accessory purchases are 100% refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged and packed in the original packaging materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return, just give us a call. Of course, if your new bed is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no additional charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.
