Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled anytime prior to your home delivery (If you cancel within 48 hours of your order being processed, there is no charge. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee.) To cancel an order, call us at 1-800-880-8319.

Order Returns
Bedroom furniture and bedding accessory purchases are 100% refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged and packed in the original packaging materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return, just give us a call. Of course, if your new bed is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no additional charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.

All the products we sell are factory new and come with full manufacturer warranty. The warranty service can be arranged through the manufacturer anywhere in the United States. If you need assistance obtaining warranty service, give us a call.

Free Delivery!
Every product comes with free delivery! No extra charges or fees! This makes our already low prices an really great value.
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or a location only accessible by ferry, please contact us for shipping prices. While we do not deliver internationally at this time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place.

About Delivery
Your furniture order will be delivered and unloaded for you to your curbside. For a small additional fee, we can have your order delivered to the front door of your house or building entrance (delivery to the door costs about $50, call or email us for exact pricing.) Some products ship directly to you from our manufacturers.
Approximately 1-2 weeks. Furniture in our warehouse ships out in 48 hours; otherwise furniture is ordered and received from our manufacturers in 5-7 days. Transit time is approximately 1 week after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or 4 days after your order has shipped from our facility.
Get it Fast! Specially marked daybeds, mattresses and linens are available for super-fast home delivery in 3-5 business days. Nobody delivers to you as fast as NameBrandBeds.
Please note: Amisco brand beds require 4-6 weeks for delivery.
